* Teachers and Professors
- Sibrid Education minimizes stress and anxiety for teachers/professors in preparing and delivering lessons/lectures.

1. Teachers and Professors deliver one lesson, one time a day as per their instructional schedule.
2. The protocols for lesson delivery follow basic models in which teachers are already well-versed.

3. Teachers/Professors have complete and simultaneous access of both online and in-person/in-class groups.

4. Primary and secondary online and in-person/in-class students follow, as written, their school provided class schedules and the SIBRID 3-2.5 Calendar Group Assignment.

5. Higher Education students follow, as written, their registered courses and the SIBRID 1-1.5 Calendar Group/Week Assignment.

6. Online and In-Person/In-Class/On Campus students are expected to be active participants in all scheduled classes in realtime. Strict records for attendance are kept for both groups.

7. Discipline: While it is important to guide and manage students through the honor system of positive teaching expectations and reenforcement for classroom discipline, it is also urgent that everyone is kept safe and secure. Hence due to the severity of the pandemic and its complications relating to health and safety, it is suggested that all school districts adopt an Absolute ZERO TOLERANCE Policy on silly, pranking, poor, menacing and all disruptive behaviors. This Zero Tolerance Policy may be less forgiven than pre-pandemic discipline expectations. Teachers and professors will have to focus a whole lot more on imparting quality education simultaneously to two groups of students under two separate platforms.

Zero Tolerance Discipline penalties shall be guided by the types and levels of the infraction, the student's age, the student's psychological and/or emotional ability and stability.
a. First Infraction: Teachers/Professors provide one opportunity for counseling and request for suitable behavior in class or online. Parent is notified for primary and secondary school students.

b. Second Infraction: Administration provides one opportunity for counseling and request for suitable behavior. Parent of primary and secondary school students is notified and advised of possible alternate plans for any other disturbance. A brief penalty may be assessed.

c. Third and Final Infraction: Student shall be assigned to full SIBRID Home-School-Online for the duration of the pandemic. Additional restrictions may be required.

8. Professional Learning: One to two weeks training before the start of school:
a. Teachers and Professors learn classroom technology usage.
b. Declutter classrooms
c. Prepare and organize classrooms
d. Setup age-group appropriate safety protocols, PPE location, floor and wall markings...
e. Setup and test digital classrooms equipment
d. Plan and prepare the first week's lessons and expectations.
f. Since on some scheduled days some teachers may have to partake in a PAID-WORKING " sandoubs" lunch protocol
with their class of students in elementary, middle and some high schools, prepare LUNCHTIME expectations, movement for lunch and clean up are and other expectations.

9. 21st Century Education - SIBRID: Whether starting 5%, 15%, 35%, 50% or more students in a classroom, teachers and professors are able to report to their school sites for more focused delivery of instruction. Simultaneously, all remaining registered students are equally engaged in the same active lesson via online/virtual connection. Teachers/Professors and students experience more realistic school work production and meaningful teaching, learning, and sharing.

Faculty members should be provided paid training, at minimum one to two weeks before school reopens. This training time allowance shall include opportunities for room organization and tech preparation before the first day of the school. Teachers and professors will hit the ball "outta" the park on the first day of school, with half (.5) or 50% of the class of students at Home-School-Online and the other half (.5) or 50% of the class of students seated in front of them at their school, simultaneously.
