WHY SIBRID EDUCATION? THE CLASSROOM.
As political leaders and education administrators look to reopen schools for the business of educating and socially developing young children and young adults, there is an honest desire to create an invitingly safe, nurturing, and well-managed environment.
However, during these most difficult times of Covid-19, it is utterly critical that classrooms are fitted effectively with the essential technological equipment and connectivity to ensure the completeness in reaching of all children. An environment conducive to extending vibrant and engaging teaching and learning far beyond the basic accessing of online learning, or learning in pre- pandemic crowded or overcrowded and sometimes spirit-draining classrooms.

There is no present measure of possible mental pain and social regression in young children, as well as equivocal psychological and educational withdrawals in young adults.

Teachers and students should be assured the meaningful prospect for , no more interruptions, teaching and learning success, even with the ravaging Covid-19 pandemic.
Opening schools during these trying times, a very important step to giving youths hopeful outlook for their immediate actions as well as their future, requires careful adoption of basic necessities to ultimately provide the highest quality of mental stimulation, psychological and physical comfort for both teachers and students.

A safe, secure, and technologically-ready classroom may be organized as follows:

1. Half or .5 of the total number of students registered in the class - per-session class/course register of 34 students is divided in 2 groups - Group A and Group B = 17 students per group or less and one teacher
Suggestions for student to teacher ratio might look like this:

3rd grade - 12 grade - depending on register size, 17 or less students and 1 teacher

2nd grade and 3rd grade - depending on register size, 14 or less students and 1 teacher

Kindergarten and 1st - depending on register size, 13 or less students, 1 teacher and 1 assistant teacher
2. Ample space for acceptable level of social-distancing - remove all unnecessary furniture and personal items, but keep desks and chairs for the total number of students enrolled in the class or course. Extra desks and chairs can be helpful in separating students as well as for library book crates and other classroom needs.

3. Classroom libraries can be placed on unused desks. Do not use library shelvings as partitions to separate student. They are too narrow in width and may fall.

4. Classroom is setup in "classic teacher-centered" model. All students are facing the same direction.

5. Do not setup for Student-Centered model for cooperative learning, but cooperative learning can still take place in the classroom. Students are able to complete exercises in teams.

6. Transparent partitions in selected classrooms to safeguarding identified teachers and/or students with pre-existing medical conditions.

7. A garbage container with a lid for after lunch clean-up. A container can also be placed centrally, in a hallway, in between 4 to 6 classrooms for sharing.
